We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to run our busy kitchens.
About the opportunity:
SkyHigh operations training will be given but an excellent customer service and ability to move fast is expected. SkyHigh also runs a maze cafe and beer garden serving wood fired pizzas. As an employee of SkyHigh you will also be required to manage all locations.
You will be responsible for:
Producing high quality food
All Health and Safety requirements of the kitchen
Stocktakes, ordering and stock rotation
Ensuring busy services are controlled with cleanliness, speed and efficiency
Delivering outstanding dining experiences through consistent and prompt service
Taking charge of menu changes and specials, using your creativity to produce exciting plates
Minimising wastage and ensuring cost control for maximum business profitability
You will also:
Have an impeccable work ethic and a positive attitude
Be able to work autonomously
Work closely with the front of house team
Have a good knowledge of industry trends
Be exceptionally well organised and have acute attention to detail
